Return Policy

Return/ Refund / Cancellations

Please call or email us for any returns.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping fees. Items must be returned in new and unused condition with all original tags attached. Any hangers, dust sleeves or packaging must be in original/new condition.  

*Items returned that have been worn or that smell of perfume, deodorant, smoke, etc. will NOT qualify for any refund.

Returns may incur a Restocking Fee.

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

For international orders, we are not responsible for any return fee's including duties and taxes.

You must include a copy of the invoice in the return. Please call or email us if you need a copy of the invoice. YOU SHOULD EITHER CALL OR EMAIL US THE TRACKING # OF YOUR SHIPMENT.

REFUSED DELIVERIES WITHIN THE USA

If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, for any reason, we will restock the merchandise and charge a 25% restocking fee on the amount of the order, plus all the freight charges and fees. Further purchases from our store will not be permitted until the restocking fee is paid.

If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, for any reason including NON-PAYMENT OF INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, we will restock the merchandise and charge a 25% restocking fee of the amount of order, plus all the freight charges and fees. Further purchases from our store will not be permitted until the restocking fee is paid.

CANCELLATIONS

All Order Cancellations will incur $15 fee if item has not yet shipped and can still be canceled.
